4. The installation points of plate heat exchanger with cold and hot medium inlet and outlet connecting pipes shall be in accordance with the direction specified on the factory name plate.

5. The heat exchanger should be cleaned to prevent the debris from entering the heat exchanger.

The water pressure test of the heat exchanger shall be conducted at 1.5 times of the maximum working pressure, the steam part shall not be lower than the steam supply pressure plus 0.3MPa, and the hot water part shall not be lower than 0.4MPa.
