During the installation of plate heat exchanger, we hope you can pay attention to:

1. Sufficient space shall be reserved around the plate heat exchanger to facilitate maintenance.

2. The inlet and outlet connecting pipes of cold and hot media shall be connected according to the direction specified on the factory name plate.

3. The pipeline connecting plate heat exchanger shall be cleaned to prevent sand, stone, welding slag and other impurities from entering the heat exchanger and causing blockage.

4. During equipment hoisting, the lifting rope shall not be hung on the connecting pipe, positioning beam or plate.

5.Installation of plate heat exchanger should pay attention to no deformation, fasteners should not be loose or other mechanical damage.

6. The water pressure test shall be conducted at 1.5 times of the larger working pressure, the steam part shall not be lower than the steam supply pressure plus 0.3MPa, and the hot water part shall not be lower than 0.4MPa.
