The hygienic index of rubber gaskets for food shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB 4806.1; the adhesive gaskets of pharmaceuticals shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of GB 4806.1 according to the requirements of medical hygiene.

The cross-sectional quality and cross-sectional dimensions of the rubber gasket of the plate heat exchanger are checked by cutting and dissecting method.

Inspection ratio A83. Good batches of quick films are drawn at 1%, no less than gaskets for hardness, thickness and length measurements. If there is any disqualification, a second double sampling inspection shall be carried out; if there is a failure in the double double sampling inspection, the batch of rubber gaskets shall be judged as unqualified. The same batch of rubber gasket materials and the same specification of continuous vulcanization process are a batch.

In one of the following situations, at least one rubber gasket should be taken, and the cross-sectional quality and cross-sectional size inspection should be carried out on the straight parts, ends and two sealing parts on both sides of the rubber gasket:

1. A rubber gasket vulcanized with a new mold;

2. A rubber gasket vulcanized with a new rubber gasket material;

3. Mould repair and replace the rubber gasket after curing.
